Former Teacher Denies Raping Three Women
A restaurant manager and former teacher has denied raping three women in separate incidents over a two-decade period.
During a brief hearing at Swansea Crown Court, Daniel Gravell pleaded not guilty to raping and indecently assaulting a woman in 2001, to raping a second woman in 2005, and to raping a third woman in 2021.
A provisional trial date was set for September 14.
Gravell, aged 44, of Porth Y Plas, Johnstown, Carmarthen, is a former teacher in Swansea and also managed the Baltic Inn and Restaurant near Carmarthen.
