Swansea City ratings as star has off day but winger shines in West Brom defeat
Eom Ji-Sung of Swansea City celebrates scoring his team's first goal with teammate Ethan Galbraith

Swansea City are out of the FA Cup after a penalty shootout defeat at the hands of West Bromwich Albion.

The hosts took the lead through Eom Jisung's curling effort just after half-time, before Josh Maja levelled. Jed Wallace lashed home to give West Brom the lead in extra-time, before Zeidane Inoussa levelled.

After Malick Yalcouye missed his side's decisive penalty in the shootout, Oliver Bostock stepped up to seal a 6-5 win on penalties.

Here's how the Swans players rated on the day:

Andy Fisher 5

Didn't cover himself in glory for West Brom's first. A shame as he was otherwise okay.

Ethan Galbraith 5

An off-colour performance by his standards. Started really brightly, but didn't look after possession well enough at times.

Kaelan Casey 5

Some nervy moments in possession, including a few misplaced passes. Subbed.

Ben Cabango 6

Fairly strong in the air. Didn't do an awful lot wrong all afternoon.

Josh Tymon 7

Put in some balls of real quality and didn't stop running all game, often with little reward.

Marko Stamenic 7

Added steel in midfield with some important defensive contributions. Subbed.

Goncalo Franco 6

Played some decent passes on occasion, but was a little too scruffy in possession on the whole. Subbed.

Ronald 6

Had some bright moments and linked up quite well with Vipotnik, but ran into trouble a few too many times.

Melker Widell 7

Involved in build-up for the goal by grabbing an assist. An energetic presence in the final third. Subbed.

Eom Jisung 7 - STAR MAN

Lively all afternoon. Took his goal brilliantly. Subbed.

Zan Vipotnik 6

A presence in and around the box. Came close to scoring in the first half of normal time. Subbed.

Subs

Joel Ward (on for Franco 61) - Looked rusty initially, which is to be expected, but settled - 6

Cameron Burgess (on for Casey 61) - Nothing to take issue with, but quite a quiet cameo - 5

Jay Fulton (on for Stamenic 82) - As above really - 5

Zeidane Inoussa (on for Eom 82) - Took his goal really well. Desperately tried to make something happen - 7

Malick Yalcouye (on for Widell 82) - Penalty miss is so harsh as this was actually a fairly good outing - 7

Bobby Wales (on for Vipotnik 106) - Some really promising runs but ran down cul-de-sacs at times - 6

Josh Key (on for Ronald 107) - An assist on his return to the side. Did pretty well in this cameo - 6
