Man taken to hospital after serious three-vehicle crash
The A48 was closed in both directions in Bonvilston following a three-vehicle collision on Wednesday evening.
Emergency services were called to the scene at around 6pm on Wednesday, February 4, after a collision involving three vehicles on the A48 in the Vale of Glamorgan.
The road was closed in both directions between Dyffryn Lane, St Nicholas, and Redway Road, Bonvilston, while emergency services dealt with the incident.
Motorists were advised to avoid the area and use alternative routes while the closure was in place.
Police have confirmed that no serious injuries were reported. One person was taken to hospital as a precaution.
The road has since reopened.
